Founder & Lead Insturctor, Samantha Valencia

Lover of cat's and cheese, Samantha is a certified movement professional and studio owner passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces where people can move with confidence. With over ten years of experience in yoga, fitness, and wellness, she leads with intention, education, and heart — and is deeply committed to working only with certified professionals who share the same standard of care.

Aimee Rogado

Aimee’s journey with yoga began in 2005, when she served as a teacher’s assistant and led Hatha classes during her college years. In 2023, she deepened her commitment to the practice by completing formal training at Sakshi Bhava, followed by advanced study at ISHTA Yoga.

Aimee’s classes offer a sanctuary for holistic healing, blending restorative postures with mindful meditation. Through longer-held poses, students are invited to connect deeply with their breath and cultivate a quiet, resilient inner strength. Each session concludes with the deeply nourishing practice of Yoga Nidra, supporting a full nervous system reset. When she’s not on the mat, Aimee is a mom, a dog lover, and a Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience in oncology. She also has a passion for travel and loves a good night of karaoke.

Nicole Banks

Nicole has always loved being active and truly believes that movement is medicine- it helps to heal us both on the inside and out. Yoga has always felt like a love letter to her body and she embarked on her yoga teacher training back in 2017. Most of that journey taking place in NYC, with some time spent in Dartmouth,MA, NJ and Nashville, TN. Her vibe is goofy and supportive. She teaches a beat driven class to get you out of your head and into your body. Movement should feel like a celebration and you’ll get to celebrate that on the mat together. In addition to teaching, she’s also a romance author and a lover of books. “I’ve lived so many lives, and they’re all wrapped together in a paperback

Deanna Cipolla

Deanna has been dancing since the age of 2 and made her Broadway debut at the age of 14 years old!

Anika Kent

Anika's yoga practice is rooted in several types of vinyasa yoga, and this is reflected in her teaching style as a yoga instructor— she enjoys teaching dynamic vinyasa classes.
In her own yoga practice, she has taken and continue to take classes in many different lineages/styles of yoga, including vinyasa, power yoga, traditional hot yoga (26 & 2), Ashtanga, Rocket, Hatha.
Anika completed her first 200-hour yoga teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga at Spirit Sadhana School of Yoga in Barcelona, in 2018. Returning to Spirit Sadhana School of Yoga the following year, 2019, and completed another 200-hour teacher training, this time in Hatha Vinyasa yoga. She also has previously trained in and taught barre fitness.
Anika love skateboarding and taking dance classes in her time off!

Angela Pang

Angela is a mom of 3 kids. She gained a lot of weight after her last child and was looking for a fun way to lose weight. She joined her local gym and attended a Zumba class and instantly fell in love with Zumba. After joining 1 year in the gym, she lost over 40 lbs. Zumba is her favorite group fitness class, not only did it help her physically, it also helped her mentally. Angela gained a lot of confidence and feel so much happier since. She gets to meet amazing people around her in her classes. So she decided that she wants to bring this happiness to others. After she got her Zumba license in 2022, she also obtained her Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold, and Zumba Kids licenses. She is also an AFAA certified group fitness instructor.

Nika Lopez

Nika discovered yoga in 1999 during a high school movement class and immediately felt a deep connection to the practice, knowing it would become a lifelong companion. Growing up in a challenging home environment and navigating depression and alcoholism, yoga became a steady source of grounding, healing, and self-connection. Through her own journey, Nika found not only personal healing but also a calling to hold space for others to do the same.

In addition to movement, Nika later explored aromatherapy and loves weaving essential oils into her classes to create a deeper, more immersive experience. Her teaching style is slow, gentle, and restorative, rooted in listening to the body and supporting sustainable healing. As both a teacher and a student, her passion is helping others reconnect with themselves and discover their own sense of peace, light, and everyday rhythm.

Fun fact: when she’s not teaching yoga, Nika designs websites for artists and new business owners and loves blending creativity and mindfulness with entrepreneurship.
