Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. The great thing about vinyasa classes if that they can be modified to meet any and all levels!
Power Flow yoga is a more vigorous, fitness-oriented version of Vinyasa. It still links breath with movement but focuses heavily on building strength, stamina, and endurance.
A yoga class for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class introduces students to fundamental yoga postures, teaches you how to breath and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. Although this class moves at a slower pace than a vinyasa class, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.
A gentle, slower paced class with long held passive poses doing wonders for joint health, flexibility, circulation, and mental focus. Restorative yoga poses are used to help prepare the body and mind. We end each class with a long, guided mediation.
Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. The core, consisting of the muscles of the abdomen, low back, and hips, is often called the "powerhouse" and is thought to be the key to a person's stability. Pilates' system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced or to any other level, and also in terms of the instructor and practitioner's specific goals and/or limitations. Intensity can be increased over time as the body adapts itself to the exercises
Buti® is a somatic movement practice (Focuses on the internal experience of movement rather than the external appearance) that seamlessly fuses functional movement with cardio dance and multidimensional strength training. This practice challenges the body across all planes of motion while engaging all of the senses in a sweat dripping, beat driven journey like no other.

Do you want to try yoga, but don't know where to start, or are too self conscious to jump into a class? Our 'Introduction to Yoga' is designed for you! A 30 minute private lesson where you'll learn the basic terms, breathing techniques, and movements you'll encounter in your first class!
Private lessons offer students the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals. Instead of following along with the yoga/Pilates instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength or meditation.
